Two students drown in tank

Nellore: Two students drowned and died in a local tank at Dampuru village in Vidavaluru mandal on Saturday.

The deceased were identified as N Siva Kumar and Parameswaraiah. According to sources, Siva Kumar and Parameswariah were studying 7th standard in a local government school.

The duo went for swimming in the local tank and they drowned due to poor swimming skills.

Passersby who observed the students, tried to save them but the students died. The bodies of the two students were shifted to their homes.
