Vivekananda Reddy murder case: SIT grills TDP MLC Ravi
As part of investigation with regard to murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, Special Investigation Team(SIT) questioned TDP MLC Maram Reddy Ravindranath Reddy alias B Tech Ravi on Thursday.
Kadapa: As part of investigation with regard to murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy, Special Investigation Team(SIT) questioned TDP MLC Maram Reddy Ravindranath Reddy alias B Tech Ravi on Thursday.
It is learnt that SIT officials, headed by Superintendent of Police KVVVN Anburajan, had earlier served notice to B Tech Ravi directing him to attend enquiry at District Training Centre (DTC), in Kadapa. Accordingly, the MLC attended for questioning. The SIT has plans to serve notices to the former minister C Adinarayana Reddy soon.
It may be recalled that after murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy on 15 March, SIT officials have recorded 850 witnesses including family members of Vivekananda Reddy like YS Avinash Reddy, YS Baskar Reddy, YS Manohar Reddy, and prepared comprehensive report. Now, the SIT officials start questioning TDP leaders.
