The film is going to mark the third collaboration of Atlee and Vijay after superhit films 'Theri' and 'Mersal'. Nayanthara is playing the lady love of Vijay in the movie. Today, the makers have unveiled the theatrical trailer of the movie. The 2 Minutes 41 Seconds video opens with son Vijay as a football coach and also introduces father Vijay as a gangster. The trailer is power-packed and massy with a bunch of action sequences and Thalapathy's mesmerizing screen presence. The trailer has increased the expectations on the film.
Kalaipuli S Thanu is funding this project and A R Rahman is composing tunes for this film which is slated for a grand Diwali release.
