It's the tale of a girl hailing from a feudal family who falls in love with a painter (Anand) and the trials and tribulations they undergo due to caste differences.
The trailer began with Raju narrating his love story after being jailed for well over thirty years.
It marks the debut of Shivatmika and Anand Deverakonda, brother of Vijay Deverakonda in Telugu.
On the film, debutant director KVR Mahendra had said, "A young girl, who lives in a suppressed world, yearns to break free.
Her life changes, for better or worse, when she dares to fall in love with a commoner. Unfortunately for them, the world they live in is not yet ready to accept their love."
The film is bankrolled by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Yash Rangineni. The technical crew includes Prashanth Vihari and Navin Nooli.
The characters will be speaking in Telangana dialect to give it an authentic touch, add makers.
