Nani's V made a lot of noise when it went on the floors
Nani's V made a lot of noise when it went on the floors. The film, being the 25th one in the career of Nani and the fact that he is playing a negative role in the movie brought a lot of hype around it. Finally, it had a direct OTT release and got a disastrous talk from the audience. Recently, it was released in theatres as well and even there, the film ended up as a colossal disaster.
V had a theatrical release on the 1st of January. Already, people have rejected it outright when it had a digital release. However, the makers thought that some people may enjoy it while watching in a cinema hall. But, that plan didn't work as all the theatres playing this film are empty.
Thus, V ended up as a big flop on both digital and theatrical platforms. Directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti, this movie featured Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari in the other lead roles. Dil Raju had bankrolled the project.
