IPSC-IT fest concludes at Hyderabad Public School Begumpet

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Public School ,Begumpet hosted the IPSC IT Fest 2019 on its sprawling campus from August 22-24. The Fest was inaugurated by Bala Prasad Peddigari, Technology Head - Digital Initiatives, TCS Ltd in a grand opening ceremony. In his speech he exhorted the students to persevere to be unique, to explore without fear and practice the culture of excellence. He also advised the student community to work for the nation with courage. He was of the opinion that there is no winning or losing but our aim in life should be that of sharing success for universal betterment. The opening ceremony of the fest was attended by 200 students from 26 renowned IPSC Institutions pan-India.

The first day of the Fest had the participants eager to participate in the well-crafted competitions as well as the information sessions. The programming competition in JAVA/A/C++/ PYTHON challenged the participants' digital savviness and acumen and encouraged them to put their best digital foot forward. The digital poster making competition had them showcasing their creative skills in information technology arena.

The Information sessions on Digital Photography, film making, were favourites of the visiting student community. The session on 'User Interface Design' was acknowledged as a worthy session and the session on 'Technological solutions to pertinent IT problems' was very useful to the young digital generation. The digital photography expedition on the sprawling HPS campus enabled the young photographers to capture its glorious natural splendour with their sophisticated photographic equipment.
