The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has held a video conference with the coordinators of the 92 Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) Help Line Centres (HLPs) against the backdrop of complaints of technical glitches.

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has held a video conference with the coordinators of the 92 Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST) Help Line Centres (HLPs) against the backdrop of complaints of technical glitches.

According to TSCHE Vice-Chairman and DOST Convenor, Prof R Limbadri, the video conference has been organised for two- and- a- half hours for all the 92 HLCs in the State. The main focus was to update the process of DOST and to find solutions to the technical doubts

that the Coordinators of HLCs and the students may face. He said that all the HLCs in the State have attended the meeting and took clarifications from the technical people of Center for Good Governance (CGG) and MeeSeva.

The issues raised and doubts expressed by the DOST HCL coordinators were solved and demonstrated and illustrated with the examples. Further, the Convener asked the HLC Coordinators to be friendly with the students in resolving the issues and be cooperative with the system. He also expressed perfect unity in the system in making Online Admissions.

Dr P Bala Bhasker, AGO, CCE, Prof. P Ramesh, Academic Coordinator, DOST Technical Coordinator, CGG Officials and MeeSeva Officials. The Principals and DOST HLC Coordinators attended the Conference from their respective District Head Quarters, he said
