His love for Bharatanatyam drove him to the temple of arts –Kalakshetra Foundation, Chennai, where he completed his graduate diploma in Bharatanatyam.He has performed in various dance festivals and is currently based in Delhi. He is pursuing his masters in Bharatanatyam.

Subbulakshmi's Nrthiyashala:

Subbulakshmi Rana is a recipient of Naatya Vidya Dhari award for being a best teacher and performer in Hyderabad. Subbulakshmi is a born dancer who has been learning and been in the field of Bharatanatyam for the past 27 years and performing professionally all over India and countries like Bangkok, Reunion Island, Singapore and many more in association with various dancers and dance associations.
