GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan on Tuesday presented the Gandhi Medical College ENT Surgeon Late P S Srinivasmurthy Lifetime Achievement Award and Uttama Seva Puraskars at the GHMC office here.
Basheerbagh: GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan on Tuesday presented the Gandhi Medical College ENT Surgeon Late P S Srinivasmurthy Lifetime Achievement Award and Uttama Seva Puraskars at the GHMC office here.
The doctor awardees were: Markandeya (child specialist), Shravan Kumar, Shoban Babu, Sampath Kumar, Prasanna Kumar, Ani Hasan and Surender. At the function, Dr Srinivasmurthy's widow Dr P Jyotsna, along with the Mayor, donated his ENT mobile clinic equipment worth Rs 8 lakh to the Gandhi Hospital.
She said the equipment would be useful in conducting surgeries in ambulances in rural areas. Addressing the gathering, the awardees lauded the development programmes being taken up by the Mayor. They said Rammohan was responsible for Greater Hyderabad remaining clean and green. They honoured him and presented saplings.
