Good response to BJP membership campaign
President of Medchal district BJP unit Madhavaram Kantha Rao asserted here on Sunday that there has been a good response to the party’s membership campaign.
KPHB: President of Medchal district BJP unit Madhavaram Kantha Rao asserted here on Sunday that there has been a good response to the party's membership campaign.
Speaking as the chief guest during the campaign in KPHB VII phase, he said the party activists were creating awareness in villages about the welfare schemes being taken up by the Centre under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
Rao claimed that youth and women in large numbers were joining the BJP, adding that so far eight lakh members have been enrolled in Telangana. He called upon the party leaders and activists to put in more efforts and approach every house so as to achieve a membership of 18 lakh.
Among those present during the membership drive were party activists Damodar, Haribabu, Preetam, Nandakumar, Venkateswar Reddy, Kumar, Venugopal Reddy, Gopal Prasad.
