A human skull and bones were found on a building roof in AS Rao Nagar on Tuesday while the workers were cleaning the construction debris.
A human skull and bones were found on a building roof in AS Rao Nagar on Tuesday while the workers were cleaning the construction debris.
The police said that the workers were removing a heap of debris on the terrace of Vertex building near Radhika theatre at AS Rao Nagar as water accumulated on the building was leaking into the shops of the commercial complex.
The workers, while removing the debris found human skull and bones and informed the police. The police rushed to the place and inspected the spot. They said that the terrace gate will always be locked to prevent the students from nearby junior college going to the terrace.
It is learned that the construction debris on the terrace was lying for many years from the renovation of the building. Around 100 shops are there in the five-storied building.
The police also said that the skull and bones were sent to the forensic lab to learn the identity of the man. Kushaiguda inspector A Man Mohan registered a case and took up the investigation.
