Lorry cleaner dies after falling from vehicle in Hyderabad
A lorry cleaner died after falling from the vehicle here on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Shamshabad on Tuesday morning.
A lorry cleaner died after falling from the vehicle here on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Shamshabad on Tuesday morning. The deceased is yet to be identified.
Passersby informed the police who inspected the spot and shifted the body to hospital morgue for autopsy. However, the lorry driver fled the spot by the time the police reached the spot.
It is learned that the cleaner dozed off when he fell from the vehicle. A case has been registered by the police and efforts are underway to nab the lorry driver.
In a similar case, a person was killed and five others injured after a car fell down from flyover at Bharat Nagar in the wee hours on Tuesday. The mishap took place around 2.30 am. All the victims are learned to be the residents of Nehru Nagar in Borabanda.
