Rangareddy: Head of Palamuru Charitable Trust and BJP leader Vishnuvardhan Reddy said that under the auspices of Palamuru Charitable Trust, the Namo Matrumurthy program has been undertaken to address malnutrition among pregnant women and infants suffering from malnutrition in Shadnagar constituency. Protein boxes were distributed to pregnant women and babies in Kisan Nagar village of Farooqnagar Mandal under the auspices of Palamuru Charitable Trust on Friday.

On the occasion, Vishnuvardhan Reddy said that with the intention of providing nutritious food to pregnant women and infants in the constituency, 32 thousand protein boxes will be distributed to about 8,000 women by the trust volunteers at their homes through the Namo Matrumurthy. Vishnuvardhan Reddy said that they will serve the pregnant women and babies registered in Anganwadi centres in Shadnagar constituency through their charitable trust. Later, he visited the victims of the gas cylinder explosion and gave them financial assistance. He said that the government should act and demanded that a double bedroom house be built for the poor family. Shyam Sundar Reddy, Manga Vijay, Anjanna, Pandu Rangareddy, Narsimha Yadav, Sudhir Patel, Subhash Reddy, Narender, Ramanji, Vamshi, Ravi, Ravikant, Narsimha, Mallesh, Krishna, Pandu and others were present.
