Karwan: A heap of construction debris and garbage is lying unattended for several days in front of the historic Madina Building and is causing a lot of problems to the commuters throwing their safety in jeopardy, besides resulting in traffic congestion.
It is also creating a bad impression among tourists with regard to cleanliness in the Old City. Speaking to The Hans India here on Sunday, some locals demanded immediate clearing of the waste.
