On the occasion of World Environment Day, a rally was taken out from Hanuman temple in Nizampet by ‘Comman man forum’ calling upon residents not to use plastics to save the colony, on Wednesday. Veshala Dhanunjay organized the rally.
Nizampet: On the occasion of World Environment Day, a rally was taken out from Hanuman temple in Nizampet by 'Comman man forum' calling upon residents not to use plastics to save the colony, on Wednesday. Veshala Dhanunjay organized the rally. During the rally, slogans "Say no to plastic and save Nizampet" were raised.
The participants of the rally urged the colony residents to ban plastic use in their houses. Residents were explained about the hazards due to the use of plastic bags. They also urged to grow trees and take measures to protect environment. Locals and members of the forum participated in the rally.
