School bus catches fire
- A school bus suddenly caught fire in Jawaharnagar Police Station limits on Tuesday afternoon hours.
Hyderabad: A school bus suddenly caught fire in Jawaharnagar Police Station limits on Tuesday afternoon hours. According to R Saidulu, SHO, Jawaharnagar Police Station, the incident occurred in Nobel School parking area in Ambedkarnagar. Schools reopen on June 12 and the incident left the school management shocked.
After completing fitness check of the buses, the drivers parked them at about 2:30 pm in the parking area of the school and left. Suddenly one of the buses caught fire due to which the school staff and locals rushed to the spot. They poured water and doused the fire. Police after receiving a call rushed to the spot and enquired about the incident. The police suspect short circuit led to the fire. Police said no complaint was lodged.
