Slum-level federation meeting conducted
Slum-level federation meeting was held at Indira Mahila Bhavan for 139 East Anandbagh and 141 Malkajgiri divisions on Wednesday.
Malkajgiri: Slum-level federation meeting was held at Indira Mahila Bhavan for 139 East Anandbagh and 141 Malkajgiri divisions on Wednesday. GHMC Zonal Commissioner Shankaraiah, Deputy Commissioner Venugopal, East Anandbagh corporator Akula Narsing Rao and others participated in the meetings.
Interacting with SHG members, GHMC officials raised awareness on health, education, Swachh Bharat, Safe Hyderabad Shaandar Hyderabad, Swachh Survekshan and other programmes. On the instructions of Shankaraiah, a health camp was also organised for women and free medicines were given.
Among those who attended the meeting were Reddy Kumari from health department, Srinivas from HMWSSB, ICDS supervisor Bhagyalakshmi from Anganwadi department, B Ashok, Anil and others.
