AP Express Halts at Pendyal. Due to the interruption of the power supply, the movement of trains got hampered on Saturday. Early on Saturday a foot over bridge was collapsed at Ramagundam Railway station causing the tumult of the high tension electric lines. Due to this, the power supply got interrupted on the route.

Early on Saturday a foot over bridge was collapsed at Ramagundam Railway station causing the tumult of the high tension electric lines. Due to this, the power supply got interrupted on the route. Kagajnagar-Kazipet-Vijayawada train was halted at Kazipet, while AP Express was halted at Pendyal. According to the concerned railway staff, the repair work may take roughly five hours. The passengers have been facing problems due to sudden halt of the trains.
It is evident that early on Saturday, the under construction foot over bridge at Ramagundam railway station in Karimnagar district collapsed all of sudden. In this catastrophe, two workers sustained severe injuries. The victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
