Chennai express catches fire

Hyderabad: On Monday morning, a bogie of Chennai Express caught fire near Bijoli station near Jhansi junction. The passengers travelling by the train were frightened with this untoward incident and got out from the train.

The railway staff realized that the fire was emanating from a bogie of Chennai Express. The train was stopped at Bijoli railway station and the railway team is trying to put out the fire.

So far, no causality has been reported in this incident. More details are awaited. The rescue team has been rushed to the spot. It is worth recollecting similar fire accident that took place inside Bangalore express near Puttaparthi on December 28, 2013.
