The 22-year-old woman, who works at the mall, has named the four attackers, including a man she said was her boyfriend. One of the accused men is a minor, the police say.
The woman was allegedly pulled into the car and raped for hours before being left on the road near a hospital in Noida around midnight.
Senior Uttar Pradesh police officer Atul Yadav said the woman had alleged that her estranged boyfriend and his friends had assaulted her.
"There was a complaint earlier too by her against these men. We are investigating," he told reporters.
The woman's friends have reportedly told the police that she had been threatened by these men.
Reports had suggested that the woman had gone to the police seeking protection earlier.
