Hyderabad: The youth wing of the YSR Congress Party has demanded for the arrest of the Telugu Desam Party MLA Ramakrishna who allegedly attacked the district collector. On Wednesday, the youth wing sit-in for the dharna near the SP office in Nellore and chanted anti-slogans against Ramakrishna. The police restrained the youths.
In this episode, there was a wordy duel between the police and the students, creating a hubbub in that area. It is evident that the said MLA was involved in the alleged attack on the district collector during the ZP elections. Bowing to the situation, the said election was put off. In the same background, the student’s wing of the YSR Congress Party went on protest demanding the arrest of Ramakrishna.
