Hyderabad Rates of Homes Witness a Fall: Economic Survey. The Economic Survey report that has been made public reveals that there has been a rise in the cost of homes and plots in as many as 24 cities during the period 2007-2013 while in only two cities, there has been a fall in the rates.
Hyderabad: The Economic Survey report that has been made public reveals that there has been a rise in the cost of homes and plots in as many as 24 cities during the period 2007-2013 while in only two cities, there has been a fall in the rates. The two cities are Kochi in Kerala and Hyderabad in Telangana states.
While Kochi saw a fall of 15%, Hyderabad witnessed a fall of 7% in the residential plots and homes. Chennai witnessed a far-reaching increase of 230% and remained in top position. Pune with 123% and Mumbai with a 122% rise in rates remained in second and third positions, respectively.
