Hyderabad: A 65-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of Srinivasa Apartments in Bhagyanagar Colony at KPHB area on Tuesday morning. According to KPHB police, the deceased M Suguna Devi Reddy took the extreme step owing to her health issues. She sustained multiple head and back injuries and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. The family members of the deceased told the police that she slipped into depression over her ill health and might have taken the extreme step. A case has been registered under Section 174 (suspicious death) of the CrPC.
