Alia has voiced her aspiration to work with Ranbir, while he had apparently suggested Alia’s name to Imtiaz Ali for their upcoming film, but the director had other options to consider. Ayan always preferred casting Ranbir in his movies who have delivered two box office hits ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, both for Dharma productions.
