TRS MPs to call on Rajnath Singh today, The team of TRS Party MPs will be meeting Rajnath Singh, the Union Home Minister, to discuss the matter concerning the special powers of common governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Hyderabad: The team of TRS Party MPs will be meeting Rajnath Singh, the Union Home Minister, to discuss the matter concerning the special powers of common governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The meeting was actually scheduled for August 18. Nevertheless, due to the sudden illness of the Home Minister there has been a change in the schedule.
It is evident that the TRS MPs, who have been dissent over the very issue, had taken up the issue in Lok Sabha during the just concluded session of Parliament. It is also worth recollecting here that Rajnath Singh, the Union Home Minister was admitted in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on August 13 night with complaints of pain in his lower abdomen.
The 63-year-old leader, Rajnath Singh, was admitted in the Gastroenterology Department of the AIIMS at around 8.30 p.m. and was kept under observation. Rajnath Singh however attended the next day Parliament session.
