Now, Indigo joins fare war
Recently, AirAsia launched a discount offer with all inclusive fares starting from Rs 1,290 on different routes. This offer is applicable on the bookings till September 7, 2014 for travel dates between September 5, 2014 and December 11 2014.
New Delhi: After SpiceJet and AirAsia, it is now the turn of another budget airliner IndiGo to join the ongoing fare war by announcing new promotional fares starting from as low as Rs 999, inclusive of all taxes. This latest offer from IndiGo is available on advance bookings for travel after 90 days or more. Last week, the airline has announced another promotional offer wherein prices started from Rs 1,887.
Recently, AirAsia launched a discount offer with all inclusive fares starting from Rs 1,290 on different routes. This offer is applicable on the bookings till September 7, 2014 for travel dates between September 5, 2014 and December 11 2014.
However, SpiceJet is a step ahead of the competitors in offering promotional fares as it has priced tickets as low as Rs 499 on travel next year. The offer is applicable for bookings made till September 3, 2014 for travel period from January 16, 2015 to October 24, 2015. However, taxes and other fees are not included in
the fares.
