Water board conducts ‘Dial Your MD’, The programme was held at the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) office on Saturday.

Hyderabad: A total of nine complaints pertaining to billing, low pressure, polluted water supply, inadequate water supply, sewerage overflow among others were received from areas like Malkajgiri, Uppuguda, Kondapur, Ziyaguda, Moula Ali, Mallapur, Ramanthapur etc during the ‘Dial Your MD’ programme.
The programme was held at the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWS&SB) office on Saturday.
The Executive Director M Satyanarayana chaired the programme and assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to Head office.
Earlier, during the ‘Meet Your MD’ programme, about 16 complaints, mainly long-pending billing issues, were received. The Executive Director instructed concerned Chief General Managers (E) and (Rev) to resolve these complaints immediately.
