Rice Bucket Challenge Photo Feature. The Rotaract Club got an astonishing response to the Rice Bucket Challenge given by the members of Rotaract Club of St Peter’s Engineering College to the students of their college.
The Rotaract Club got an astonishing response to the Rice Bucket Challenge given by the members of Rotaract Club of St Peter’s Engineering College to the students of their college. Within no time the student community responded with their contribution. In a short span the club could collect more than 1000kgs of rice which is now being donated to the 500 families of Secunderabad slum.
Part of this collection will also go to the flood affected Kashmir regions and other non-funded organizations. With a strong support from the members, the club now plans to take forward the Rice Bucket Challenge to other clubs and social groups to feed the needy.
Rtn Amarnath Kotagiri,DRR Anirudh Gupta,Rtn Jaya Prakash, Rtn Vijaya Bhaskar were present on the occasion. Poornima Reddy president of the club said that they will continue this good job.
