Chandrasekhar Rao as a eunuch, on a social networking websites .The cyber crime police fired the FIR,following a complaint lodged by Telangana Muslim advocates forum president Waheed Ahmed.

Mr Ahmed alleged that one Wajihus Shams, a non-teaching employee of the university, had posted the picture. “By doing so, he has damaged the reputation of the Chief Minister and Telangana state,” Mr Waheed said.
