Speaking at review meeting attended by Deputy Chief Minister Mehamood Ali, Home & Labour Minister N. Narsimha Reddy, Excise Minister Padma Rao, Commercial Taxes Minister T. Srinivasa Yadav and BJP MLAs K. Laxman, Ch. RamaChandra Reddy, here on Saturday, Union minister said that the central government is ready to provide more funds for the Telangana development.
“There was no discrimination by the centre in allocating fund. Moreover the centre wants to develop Hyderabad as a Global destination”, he said. I will ensure for more central government concentration on the new state and especially the city will be getting funds to develop in the education, health and industrial sectors, he said.
The similar meetings will be conducted in a regular manner with the TS ministers and the views of the local representatives have to be reflected in central government assistance, added the Union Minister.
