ISKCON Takes Out Jaganatha Ratha Yatra in Tandur

International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) on Saturday organised Jaganatha Ratha Yatra in town. The procession went through Sivaji Chowk, Indira Chowk, Bus Stand, Santa Mahal centre, Gandhi Chowk from Panduranga temple. Women devotees performed bhajans and kolattam (stick dance) in front of the ratham.

Tandur: International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) on Saturday organised Jaganatha Ratha Yatra in town. The procession went through Sivaji Chowk, Indira Chowk, Bus Stand, Santa Mahal centre, Gandhi Chowk from Panduranga temple. Women devotees performed bhajans and kolattam (stick dance) in front of the ratham. Slogans praising Krishna were raised during the procession.

Priests Satya Gopinath Das and Sahadev Das of ISCON, Secunderabad, gave lectures on religious scriptures. Municipal Chairman K Vijayalakshmi complimented the ISCON for organising procession.
