Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is all set to give a nod to the blueprint of the Telangana curriculum in schools. The material will go for print in February. It is learnt that the textbooks of social sciences and literature have nothing related to Andhra Pradesh.

The draft will be finalised only after KCR's approval. Changes if any will be incorporated after the CM's scrutiny. It's worth mentioning here that TRS chief KCR had promised to include Telangana flavour in school curriculum in the party's poll manifesto. Post coming to power, the TRS government asked the curriculum revision committee to delete all references to AP. In effect, the new curriculum will have only Telangana reference.
