New Delhi: Two election rallies of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj were cancelled here today but BJP did not give any reason for it.
The rallies of Swaraj, who had addressed two public meetings yesterday here, were called-off even as the local organisers did not know the reason behind the cancellation.
Swaraj was in office today, a day after the government abruptly announced "curtailment" of Foreign Secretary Sujatha Singh's tenure and appointed S Jaishankar in her place.
