Kelly & Sharon OsbourneTV personality Sharon Osbourne has praised her daughter Kelly Osbourne's decision to leave Fashion Police.Sharon, 62, took to twitter to applaud her daughter, reported Ace Showbiz."@KellyOsbourne, I am so proud of you. You can never be bought. You always wear your heart on your sleeve. #ProudToBeYourMum," she tweeted.

Kelly quit the show amid the drama that arose after Giuliana Rancic said Zendaya Coleman's Oscars dreadlocks smelt like patchouli oil and weed. She was furious when she was dragged into the controversy and threatened to leave if the matter was not resolved quickly. After a half-hearted apology on Twitter, Giuliana admitted on TV that she did "cross the line."

When Zendaya graciously accepted the apology, Kelly praised the two women on Twitter, "It takes a strong women to apologize & makes a forgiving women even stronger! #ThisTooShallPass."The purple-haired fashion critic decided to leave the show nonetheless after she was accused by Billy Bush of throwing her 'Fashion Police' co-host Giuliana under the bus.

The Access Hollywood host also claimed Giuliana's joke was actually written by the show's writer "which means, a lot of people involved and nobody saw racism in this at all."In defence of her daughter, Sharon had explained why Kelly threatened to quit the show, "I shouldn't talk for Kelly, she's a 30-year-old woman, but at the time that the show aired, people were saying that it was Kelly and Giuliana."

"So Kelly was getting a lot of hate tweets and it was badly reported on social media, so she just said, 'Hey, not me, don't pull me into this'. "Zendaya is a friend of Kelly's and she never would condone that. But we all make mistakes."
