Dead person comes alive
A person who reportedly died after failing under a moving train surfaced much to the shock and surprise of officials and his family members. Srinivas Goud of Midjil claimed the body of an unidentified person who was killed under a running train on April 14, stating that the body belonged to his brother Pentaiah. The family members buried the body in their village.
Mahabubnagar: A person who reportedly died after failing under a moving train surfaced much to the shock and surprise of officials and his family members. Srinivas Goud of Midjil claimed the body of an unidentified person who was killed under a running train on April 14, stating that the body belonged to his brother Pentaiah. The family members buried the body in their village. However, one of the villagers found Pentaiah in Hyderabad and informed Srinivas Goud.
The family members rushed to Hyderabad and brought back Pentaiah home. Meanwhile, the railway police officials launched investigation into the whole episode. SI Raghavender Goud had even questioned Srinivas and Pentaiah. Srinivas reportedly told the police that the deceased person resembled his brother and that was why he claimed the body. Police went to the place where the body was buried and exhumed the body. The Midjil tahsildar and the doctors conducted Panchanama to the body on Friday. The mystery over the dead person is yet to be solved.
