The 66th birthday of TDP supremo and AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was celebrated with pomp and grandeur befitting a patriarch.


Addressing a packed hall of admirers, party workers, ministers and MLAs Chandrababu Naidu said that he would strive for the welfare of the Telugu people and sought people’s participation in making AP as the drought free state in the country.


Naidu received greetings and good wishes from Prime Minister Narender Modi, President and Governor Narasimhan. Admirers and party workers made a bee line to wish him birthday greetings and a special cake was also cut on the occasion at the NTR Bhavan by Naidu.


NTR Bhavan organized a special feast for all party workers and staff on the special occasion. A special photo exhibition on the political journey of Chandrababu Naidu since 1981 when he joined the TDP party was highlighted. The occasion was also marked with blood donation, eye and dental free medical camp for the poor along with distribution of Braille laptops for the benefit of the blind youth.
