KTR said that to give Telangana its share of IAS officers, the Centre took almost nine months and bifurcation of the High Court not yet completed while the state employees division by a Centre-appointed committee also needs to be completed.
With the TRS Government nearing to completion of one year in office on June 2, KTR states that the friction between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana over issues like water sharing is natural but Telangana Government has behaved in a mature way than expected.
