However, Rajini’s PR machinery chose to play it safe when quizzed about this collaboration. They said Rajini is in talks with many makers but nothing concrete has emerged yet.
Two-film-old Ranjith's last outing was Karthi-starrer acclaimed thriller ‘Madras’. Apparently, Rajini was supposed to team up with filmmaker Shankar for ‘Enthiran 2’. But the source added that the project is pushed to next year.
