On Tuesday, Telangana Congress Party Leaders lodged a complaint to Governor ESL Narsimhan that the police have failed to arrest anyone regarding the attack over Congress MLA Chinna Reddy a day earlier in Mahbubnagar District.
Stating that the police did not even register a case against the TRS activists who attacked the Congress MLA during a programme, the Congress leaders requested the Governor to take steps to ensure law and order reigns in the state.
The Congress leaders further alleged that the Telangana government under Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s administration is aiming to eliminate the opposition in the state.
