Venkatesh Goud’s padayatra in Sanathnagar

Telugu Desam Party leader of Sanathnagar Kuna Venkatesh Goud is undertaking ‘padayatra’ in the constituency with the sole aim of trying to solve the problems of people. He will move house to house seeking to know the hardships of the residents.

While highlighting the performance of the erstwhile TDP Government under Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Goud has accused the Telangana Rashtra Samithi government of neglecting people’s welfare while giving importance to defections of leaders from other parties.

He alleged that conditions in Sanathnagar constituency have deteriorated during the TRS rule for the past one year. Goud asserted that during the Naidu’s dispensation Hyderabad City had become the prime software centre. Lakhs of students had secured employment after several MNCs set up their units in Cyberabad.

He said many welfare schemes were being taken up under the leadership of Nara Lokesh for the benefit of party activists.These included a Rs.2 lakh accident insurance cover. Goud, without naming TRS Minister T Srinivas Yadav, cautioned voters of the constituency to be on guard against his efforts to ‘cheat’ them, after getting elected on the TDP ticket four times and becoming a Minister.
