The city Police Commissioner AB Venkateswara Rao on Thursday appealed to the NGOs and voluntary associations to set up water kiosks in busy centers across the city for the summer. He was speaking at the inaugural event of mobile water kiosk maintained by a website MeeDoctor.in. He lauded the noble gesture from doctors for providing drinking water during summer.
A volunteer from MeeDoctor.in said that mobile water kiosks will come up at busy public places like Benz Circle, Pandit Nehtu Bus Station, Railway Station, Beasant Road, Moghalrajpuram, Old Bus Stand, Ramvarrapadu, Satyanarayanapuram and Bhavanipuram between 9 am to 7 pm to supply drinking water for the citizens for free.
