According to reports, the accident happened when the two vehicles in the convoy collided each other.
The injured were shifted to a hospital in Bhuvanagiri.
The accident took place when KCR was on his way to Yadadri to inaugurate development works. Later, KCR and Governor ESL Narasimhan laid the foundation stone for developmental works in Yadadri today.
