MeraEvents Partners Paynear Solutions

Hyderabad: MeraEvents, India’s largest 360-degree end-to-end event technology platform, has partnered Paynear Solutions, a Hyderabad-based complete payment solution provider, to facilitate its offline ticketing needs across India.

 

This partnership with Paynear Solutions allows the customers of MeraEvents to book and pay for event tickets right at the event venue using their credit/debit cards. On making the payment, customers will get a receipt through SMS/E-mail, eliminating the need of paper receipts.

 

MeraEvents is an event listing, promotion and ticketing platform with 25,000 organizers registered and selling tickets for events of multiple genres like entertainment, sport, professional, training, trade fairs, spiritual and campus events.

 

Talking about the partnership, Mr. Chennapa Naidu Darapaneni, CEO, MeraEvents, said: “We are very happy to work with Paynear and partnering them will help us ensure that even our last minute customers looking for booking tickets can easily and securely do it right at the event venue. This partnership will help us in accepting payments in offline mode and cash management.”

 

Paynear provides mPOS(Mobile Point of Sale Solutions), which enables businesses of all sizes to accept credit/debit cards securely using their smartphone/tablet. Mr. Anil Bharadwaj – the CCO of Paynear said: “With this partnership, all the 25,000 registered event organizers across MeraEvents platform can accept card payments at the event venues. This partnership also enables any new event organizers to avail the services using MeraEvents platform even if they did not sign up with Paynear.”
