Telangana ACB to challenge Revanth Reddy's bail in SC?

Earlier in the day, the court granted conditional bail to Revanth Reddy. The ACB's counsel told the court that granting bail to Revanth at this stage will hamper the investigation which is still in its primary stage. After hearing counter arguments by Revanth's lawyer, the court granted him bail.
It's worth mentioning here that the ACB had arrested Revanth Reddy on May 31 while he was allegedly handing over a bribe of Rs 50 lakh to nominated legislator Elvis Stephenson.
