As the TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was released on conditional bail on Wednesday, the Anti-Corruption Bureau filed a petition in Supreme Court challenging the bail granted by the Hyderabad High Court in the cash for vote case.


The ACB is said to have questioned the justification of bail and in its petition, the ACB mentioned that a final report is yet to be received report from the State Forensic Laboratory pertaining to the audio and video conversations. Also, to decode the preliminary report of FSL in the case – two to three days would be taken.


In the next two days, the ACB will take a call regarding interrogation of TD MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah who has sent a written statement that he was available for interrogation as he had recovered from his illness.
