Assembly Speaker Kodela Siva Prasada Rao speaking to the media urged the members not to waste public money and utilize the session to carry out resourceful discussions by giving out constructive suggestions to the Government.
The session is likely to hold discussions on AP capital construction, special status, ongoing irrigation projects, drought and other issues.
