Hyderabad: The Congress party has taken credit over the government’s decision to reverse its decision to make available cheap liquor though outlets. In a statement, the party’s chief official spokesperson Dasoju Sravan, on Wednesday claimed that the Congress party’s protests had forced the government to reverse the decision.
It was the Congress party which led the protests from the front against the government’s decision to supply cheap liquor to people. He urged the government to consult the Opposition before taking such decisions.
