The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) officials on Sunday demolished structures in the location adjacent to the petrol bunk near Jubilee Hills Check Post in Hyderabad.
The GHMC officials demolished the structures in the 400 square yards plot worth Rs 40 crore in the land claimed by Congress leader DK Aruna.
While DK Aruna's relatives rushed to the spot stopping the officials from demolishing the structures, the officials informed that the plot was marked as vacant and DK Aruna's husband Bharatasimha Reddy did not have rights on it.
