‘Star Wars’ fans rejoice! Originals by Jack & Jones has worked with Lucas film and Disney to create its new Star Wars collection to celebrate the release of the highly anticipated ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’.

After almost 30 years of sabbatical, the legendary film franchise, ‘Star Wars’ is returning to screens this December. In order to celebrate and encourage this fandom Jack & Jones has developed a collection that covers shirts, t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and sweats that are so badass, they will put Darth Vader to shame.

The collection’s youthful fashion items feature classic ‘Star Wars’ iconography—revered archival images and the new graphic reinterpretations. The artworks range from large-scale prints to micro patterns to single logos. All garments arrive with ‘Star Wars’ branded hangtags and labelling.

The collection is the latest of a list of collaborative projects for Jack & Jones. Explaining why ‘Star Wars’ is a great match for Originals by Jack & Jones, Creative Buyer Jeppe Truelsen said, “The inspiration behind our collections is always connected to a journey. It speaks of the young, adventurous spirit behind our clothes.

Stories don’t come much more adventurous and journey-inspired than ‘Star Wars’. In addition, the films, with their roots in the mid-seventies, have always had a retro vibe; a feeling that is in line with our current design direction.” The collection starts from Rs 995 onwards and will be available at select Jack & Jones stores as well as online.
