When we fail to be humane, for we are human beings, to other human beings we are reducing our lives to naught.

Naughty is an adjective (naughtier, naughtiest) meaning someone behaving disobediently, indecently, improperly, mischievously. Naughty also indicates to someone’s mildly indecent behaviour, in Australian English it refers to someone’s indecent sexual act.

The teachers in schools are often forced to train the naughty pupils to behave well. You cannot give a naughty wink to another colleague of another gender in the workplace.
